Priyanka Borude is the Owner, Director, and Lead Early Childhood Educator and Provider at Creative Kids Family Childcare, LLC (CKFC) located in Winchester, California (CA). Priyanka is licensed by the CA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) as a Family Childcare Educator & Provider.

CKFC delivers evidence-based family childcare practices and services within the field of early childhood education and care. CKFC utilizes the best available research and knowledge from professional experts within the field and data, and most importantly direct input from enrolled children, their parents, and other important community and family members in order to identify and provide early childhood education and care services that have been evaluated and proven to achieve significant positive outcomes for children and families.

Priyanka is a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator and provider who has a strong commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care services to children and families. Priyanka is a strong advocate for the rights of children and families, and she believes that all children have the right to receive high-quality early childhood education and care services that are individualized to meet their unique needs.

Priyanka bring over 10 years of experience in nurturing and guiding children from infancy through age 6. My mission is to create a warm, secure, and enriching environment where every child is supported in their development and encouraged to explore the world with confidence.she holds both CPR/First Aid certification and a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and stay current with best practices in early childhood care and education.

Priyanka has extensive knowledge and ten (10) plus years of direct experience effectively working with childrens who have been diagnosed with a variety of disabilities and behavioral issues. Priyanka believes that all behaviors, including challenging behavior, is a form of communication. Therefore, it is her belief that children should not be punished for engaging in maladaptive behavior, and instead they should be directly taught and reinforced for engaging in specific, socially equivalent and appropriate replacement skills and behaviors.

Priyanka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science DR. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (B.A.M.U.).

Priyanka has worked in the residential group home setting for childrens with various disabilities and medical diagnoses, the public and private school setting, and the home care setting. Priyanka is currently trained and certified in infant, child, and adult First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

My program is thoughtfully designed to promote motor skill development, emotional growth, and early learning, with a special focus on STEM activities, sensory exploration, and creative play.

Whether it’s helping infants build strength during tummy time or preparing preschoolers for kindergarten through hands-on activities, I take pride in meeting each child’s unique needs and developmental milestones. I’m passionate about building lasting relationships with children and their families, and committed to providing high-quality care that supports a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Priyanka enjoys spending her free time with her family, especially her husband and 9-year-old son. Priyanka has a strong passion and love for rescue animals, specifically abandoned and abused dogs, and she has three rescue dogs named Simba, Chloe, and June-Bug. Priyanka additionally enjoys spending free time by cuddling with her dogs, reading non-fiction books, and watching educational documentaries and series.
